1. Executive Abstract
The era of "Chat-based AI" is ending. The enterprise is now entering the Agentic Phase, where Artificial Intelligence transitions from a passive retrieval tool to an active economic agent capable of procurement, logistics, and negotiation.
This document defines the Unified Agentic Architecture™ (UAA)—the mandatory standard for deploying autonomous agents safely at scale.
2. The Three Pillars of Compliance
Standard A: Event-Driven Swarms
Requirement: Agents must not be static. They must operate in a "Listening State," triggered by enterprise events (Webhooks, API calls). A "Sourcing Agent" must be architecturally prohibited from executing payments.
Standard B: The "Memory Fabric" Protocol
Requirement: Autonomous agents must share a Unified Vector Memory & Knowledge Graph. Hallucination in procurement is a failure of compliance. All actions must be grounded in verified enterprise data.
Standard C: Zero-Trust Identity
Requirement: Every AI Agent must possess a discrete Synthetic Identity. Every action (e.g., "Invoice Approved") must be cryptographically signed by the human who authorized the agent's parameters.
3. The "Burn Rate" Metric
The success of an Agentic System is not measured in "Tokens Generated" but in Operational Burn Rate Reduction. The standard for 2026 is a 90% reduction in "Human-in-the-Loop" time for repetitive transactional tasks.
